MEET OUR TEAM
Tony has spent his 25+ year career focusing on the intersection of strategy and technology by helping client organizations drive top-line growth in financial services, healthcare, and environmental technology. His specialty throughout has been on new products, markets and customer offerings that integrate new technologies and business models.
Since founding ArchSolar, Tony has become an expert in renewable energy and agriculture. He designs solutions for clients seeking to minimize their carbon footprint while creating ideal year-round production environments. He’s led ArchSolar’s early demonstrations that integrate structure, renewables, automation, and control technologies into turnkey offerings built on a robust network of suppliers and financing partners.
With masters’ degrees from Stanford University and The University of California San Diego, Tony is fluent in Spanish and Mandarin and enjoys his free-time with his family, cooking, backcountry skiing, fishing and sailing.
Amy leads marketing efforts at ArchSolar through web development, social media outreach, and the development of identity materials. A Maine native, Amy is in tune with the challenging winter growth climate here, and is excited to be part of a team making locally grown food available year-round in a sustainable and responsible way.
Prior to ArchSolar, Amy worked in the nonprofit world developing educational programs and opportunities for underprivileged students. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Music from Hollins University, and a M.A from Regent’s University in Economics and International Relations. She enjoys yoga, marathon training, daydreaming about the ultimate craft room, and gastronomical tourism.
When not helping support the sales and marketing team, he can be found on the ground supervising construction projects and helping clients to implement ArchSolar solutions
Prior to ArchSolar, James has worked in customer service and business administration roles, working in both retail and telecom sectors. James studied New Media Interactive Development at Rochester Institute of Technology. In his free time, he can be found experimenting with sourdough; walking his dog, Bokchoy; and forgetting to return library books.
